Dr. Robert Hawker (1753-1827) was a prolific author and experiential, Calvinist preacher in the Church of England. Like Samuel Rutherford, he became well-known for his relish of Christ, which is exemplified most vividly in his book of daily devotions, now available for the first time in more than a century.
